Certified Healer

Healing & Spiritual Guidance for a Balanced Life

At the heart of our practice is the belief that true healing comes from within, and every journey is unique. My name is Khushhnm Kkaranjia, and I bring years of experience in Tarot Card Reading, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and holistic healing to create a safe, nurturing space for transformation.

My own healing journey began with a tailbone injury that traditional medicine couldn’t resolve. That challenge introduced me to the gentle power of CST, which not only healed my pain but inspired me to help others. Over the years, I’ve become a Tarot Card Reader, Reiki Healer, and Angel Card Reader, blending these modalities to offer clarity, balance, and relief to my clients.

FAQ

Craniosacral Therapy : FAQs

It is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on method to good health and wellbeing. The techniques practiced, release deep-rooted tensions in the body that in turn relieves pain and dysfunction.

CST works directly on the central nervous systems (brain and the spinal cord) and the craniosacral systems surrounding it ( bones, membranes, and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and the spinal cord).  A healthy, restrictions free central nervous system is the key to a healthy body and mind.

CST practitioners use light touch (typically less than 5 grams of pressure) to assess the craniosacral rhythm, a subtle pulsation of the cerebrospinal fluid. This rhythm is thought to influence the body's ability to heal and maintain balance. CST helps release restrictions in the cranio sacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system

CST is an alternative therapy originating from Osteopathy. The founder of CST as we know it today, is Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger, a Professor of Biomechanics in Michigan State University.

Duration: A typical session lasts 45–60 minutes.

Environment: Conducted in a quiet, comfortable setting, often on a massage table.

Process: The practitioner gently places their hands on the client’s body to detect areas of restriction or imbalance.

Experience: Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, and some may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or pulsing.

Every human body is unique, and therefore its healing ability is also different from others. How a person responds to CST will also vary. Your response to CST is uniquely yours and will differ even from people who appear to have same condition as you.

Generally 5 session on an average ranging an hour each

Some people may experience temporary discomfort, emotional release, or feelings of vulnerability during or after a session. This is often due to the release of physical or emotional tension. In rare cases, symptoms of an existing condition, such as headaches or pain, might temporarily worsen after a session before improving

  • More focus on Evidence-Based Research:
As CST gains popularity, more rigorous, large-scale clinical studies may be conducted to evaluate its efficacy for various conditions, such as chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Better scientific validation could solidify its place in integrative medicine.
  • Standardized Protocols:
Research could lead to the development of standardized techniques and protocols, and improve technology

Collaborations with Healthcare Professionals:
CST could become a standard complementary therapy in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and wellness clinics, especially for managing pain, stress, and recovery from surgery or injury.

Increased collaboration between CST practitioners and medical professionals like physiotherapists, chiropractors, and mental health counselors may result in more referrals for CST as part of holistic care plans.
